Dynamic check weighter

The dynamic checkweigher can accurately weigh various products and packaging sizes on the production line, with a range from a few grams to several hundred kilograms. It can be used before and after the packaging line to check whether the weight of items meets production standards, verify if the net content of products matches the labeled weight on the packaging, determine whether the quantity of products inside the packaging is correct, and check for missing components such as labels, caps, desiccants, or instruction manuals. Compared to manual weighing, the dynamic checkweigher greatly improves production efficiency, reduces labor costs, and ensures that the products produced are of appropriate quality and meet delivery standards.

Machine Principle

The RCM328 control module is an industrial-grade dynamic weighing control module, which can achieve high-speed, dynamic, and highprecision real-time weighing, and output the weighing results via Ethernet or serial.

This module is specially designed for static and dynamic belt sorting weighing, and the internal digital filtering processing can effectively suppress interference such as motor rotation, belt rotation, and object impact.

The module supports two Ethernet interfaces and can be cascaded with multiple modules in a daisy chain. Ethernet supports standard MODBUS TCP/IP protocol, standard MODBUS RTU Over TCP/IP protocol, and also supports HTTP protocol to read and set parameters.

module’s serial bus uses the standard Modbus RTU protocol, with half-duplex RS-485 serial port transmission, which can set interface parameters, sampling and parameters, scale settings, measurement value calibration parameters, tare and zero parameters, and status detection parameters.
