The sealing and cutting machine is a fully automatic, unmanned L-shaped sealing and cutting machine, widely used in mass production packaging assembly lines. It has high working efficiency, an automatic film feeding and punching device, a manually adjustable film guiding system, and a manually adjustable feeding conveyor platform, making it suitable for products of different sizes.
1.The sealing blade uses a DuPont Teflon-coated, high-temperature resistant aluminum alloy blade. The seal will not crack, char, or produce smoke, resulting in zero pollution. 2.Automatic feeding; the length can be automatically adjusted via a combination of photoelectric sensors and timers. Equipped with an induction motor, it automatically winds up waste material. 3.Equipped with imported photoelectric sensors, it can easily complete sealing and packaging operations for packages of different sizes. 4.The temperature controller uses a digital display temperature controller with built-in PID function, ensuring extremely sensitive and precise sealing blade temperature, which can be set arbitrarily. The sealing blade itself also has an automatic protection function to effectively prevent accidental cutting of packaging materials. 5.Adjustments are very simple when the size of the packaging material changes, without the need to change the mold or bag maker. 6.The sealing and cutting part of the machine is equipped with an acrylic protective cover and has an automatic alarm function, greatly improving operator safety. 7.The entire machine truly achieves unmanned operation connection with the productionline.
