Working Principle of Metal Separator

The raw material falls freely from the hopper or feeder into the metal separator. If there is no metal impurity, the raw material will directly flow through the metal separator to the outlet at the lower end. If the detector detects that the raw material contains metal, the controller will immediately start the separation plate to guide the metal and part of the raw material to the discharge port on the side, and then the diverter plate will quickly return to the normal position. The speed of the diverter plate is adjustable, and the metal separator The detection accuracy can also be adjusted according to production needs, and the minimum metal particles of Φ 0.2mm can be detected and separated.
