The POF Servo Packaging Machine is an automatic film packaging solution designed for efficient and professional packaging of a wide range of products. Using POF shrink film and a servo-driven control system, the machine provides precise feeding, sealing, cutting, and shrink packaging for different product sizes and shapes.

(1) Servo control allows for immediate bag cutting based on the set length—eliminating the need for trial runs or adjustments—thereby saving time and packaging film. An electric eye automatically tracks the product to control bag formation, and the cutter speed adjusts automatically.
(2) Human-machine interface (HMI) enables quick and convenient parameter settings.
(3) Self-diagnosis function clearly displays any faults.
(4) High-sensitivity photoelectric eye for color mark tracking; digital input of sealing and cutting positions ensures greater accuracy.
(5) Independent PID temperature control makes the machine suitable for a wide range of packaging materials.

Suitable for packaging soft, elongated, or loose items such as medical masks, N95 masks, towels, tissues, dried noodles, egg rolls, sausages, squid, popsicles, gummy candies, cookies, and fresh fruit.
